IPHONE GUIDE
From your feed
to your iPhone.
Save an X or Twitter video as an MP4, then find it in your downloads.
- Copy the post link. In X, open the public post, tap Share, and choose Copy link.
- Open GetThatVideo in Safari. Paste the link into the video downloader and tap Find video.
- Choose a quality. Tap the Download MP4 button for an available resolution. If Safari asks for confirmation, choose Download.
- Find the file. Open Safari’s downloads list or the Files app. Your configured Downloads folder may be in iCloud Drive or On My iPhone.
- Optionally save to Photos. Open the MP4 in Files, tap Share, and choose Save Video if iOS offers that option for the file.
If the video opens instead of saving
Look for the browser’s share or save command. If you started inside the X app’s browser, copy the GetThatVideo address into Safari and try again. Browser versions and settings can change the available commands.
If the download fails
Try a lower quality, check free device storage, and resolve the post again if the link has expired. MP4 playback support depends on your device. Live broadcasts also offer audio-only MP3 recording.
These steps describe the standard Safari and Files workflow. Physical iPhone testing is still pending for this preview.
